After lots of back and forth with the insurance company regarding our inspection and then figuring out how to handle the insurance check with our bank, we finally got our new roof last weekend. This is what that same spot looks like now:
Here are some pics of the construction. The roof was only 10 years old but one of the roofers said it was originally constructed using the cheapest shingles available. GREAT!!!!
They covered up the pool with a huge tarp to keep the dirt and debris from going in there. Then they held down the tarp with all of our outdoor furniture. It was a little humorous.
We are very happy with the finished product. Now it's sheetrock time!
