What a trip! We had an awesome time in St. Augustine filled with lots of laughs. From the get go, everyone was very excited about the weekend and the wedding. We rented a minivan to fit 4 adults, 1 two year old, a set of golf clubs and all our luggage. I had my doubts, but we all fit! But by the time we were on the road, Ryan's face says it all...

After arriving at Anthony and Cara's beach house and cracking open a beer, we were able to relax and enjoy the sunset.

Here’s the beach house that Cara was nice enough to rent for us. A three story, 4 bedroom house that was certainly not without its quirks. It had doors that opened only to reveal another door and more light switches than you could count (half of which did absolutely nothing). It was perfect for us though and great to spend so much time with the family. Check out that minivan parked out front! And of course the awesome metallic blue PT Cruiser that Cathy and Bob rented.

Now here's a party house! Check out that deck!

Friday night was spent eating oysters and listening to Anthony and his friends entertain us.

We were glad that Cooper and Erin could make the trip, too. Don't know if I could handle that drive at 5 months pregnant!
Now on to the important event--
From the barn setting, to Cara's cowboy boots, from drinking out of mason jars, to the bluegrass band... everything came together just perfectly. The wedding fit them to a T.

Sibling picture:

It is amazing how an almost two year old can grasp the attention of a room full of adults and entertain for hours. We certainly enjoyed spending the weekend being entertained by Ryan and seeing how her personality has become all her own.

Congratulations you two; you're made for each other!
